www.tigernation.org is a site operated by Tiger Nation Limited ("We"). We are registered in England and Wales under company number 7707114 and have our registered office at 20 Chamberlain St, Wells, Somerset, BA5 2PF, UK. We are an ethically based business with a desire to drive support for tiger conservation, help monitor tiger populations and allow people to gain an insight into the everyday happenings in the wild.
Accessing our site
It is our wish to keep our site bug free and safe however, you use it at your own risk.
Your access to our site and the services that flow there from are provided on an as is and as available basis. We make no warranty that the site and services will be available on an uninterrupted, secure or error free basis. Further we make no warranty as to and disclaim all responsibility for the completeness accuracy availability security or reliability of the site, the identification software analysis or the services available to our users.
We make no warranty that any services offered through our site will meet your requirements or be available.
Your right of access to all or any of the services will depend upon the validity and level of your subscription.
Anyone can, subject to these terms have access to our site but not to all of it. The level and benefits pertaining to tiers of membership and the rights attaching to each of the tiers’ are as set out in our subscription section at the time you subscribe.
We reserve the right to withdraw or change all or any of the services we provide on or via our site without notice (see below).
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our site, or our entire site, even to users who have registered with us.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our site. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our site through your internet connection are aware of these terms, and that they comply with them.

Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) from our site for your personal reference or use and you may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on our site.

Your Content and Information uploaded
It is acknowledged by us that you own all of the material you upload onto the site.

For material that is covered by intellectual property rights, like photos and videos and associated meta data including but not limited to time, date, location and author of the photo/video etc (IPR material), by uploading such material you specifically grant us and our partners, including research partners a perpetual non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license (IPR license) to use any of the material posted on or in connection with the site to use copy reproduce adapt modify publish transmit display and distribute in any type of media or other method of distribution, whether now developed or not for any purpose, whether for payment or not.
We reserve the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to our site constitutes a violation of any laws in any jurisdiction, of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
This IPR license will not end even when you delete your IPR material, content or your account.
When you delete material uploaded by you, it is deleted in like manner to when you empty a recycle bin. Uploaded material may though remain in our central database or in backup format having ceased to be available to others, for a period of time.
You are aware that your material will, from the point of uploading be available to, amongst others, all or some (depending on their membership package) of those people who use our site.
Commentary and other materials posted on our site are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed. We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any materials posted by you or any other user of our site. We disclaim all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any registered user or visitor to our site, or by anyone who may be informed of any of its contents.
We have the right to remove any material or posting or part thereof you make on our site if, in our opinion, such material does not comply with the content standards set out in our acceptable use policy or in our opinion may infringe any persons rights or law or external code of conduct for sites such as ours.

- loss of anticipated savings;
- loss of data;
- loss of goodwill;
